Johari Window


Johari window is a guide giving clarity about how is better if the relation of communications between managers with staff or subordinate. Communications jargon many referred to Latin word, " Communicatio" is meaning notification or more precisely mind conversion. Communicatio, devils for the shake of deviling farther comes from word communist is meaning it. Its(the intention is same meant. Equality axiom meant, actually not only happened between men with man. Johari window has four windows or room about how is better if manager communicates with subordinate. First window, as open area of description that someone activity is realized fully by the, also by others. This means there is openness or equally nothing that hidden to others. Second window, be blind area is description of someone activity known by people aim but their/his self doesn't realize what he was doing. Third window, as area of hidden is opponent from second window that is s(he realizes its(the activity is but others cannot know. While fourth window which is area is not hit description of mannerism am someone is not realized their/his self as well as unknown of others. a manager realizing the importance of expansion of communications with subordinate will cope extends first window. Why that way? Because significant has, increasingly first window wide hence increasingly intertwines healthy communications, reciprocal and open. The position, also makes the labors to feel considered as man who esteemed then generates enthusiasm in job.
